Where the chemical liquid is?

I didn't find it, but i here's another one...
when you spawn, fly and make it so you have two towers on the right and two in front of you, then fly toward the front towers and stop to the second tower. (go on the T turn)
when facing the tower, take the road: go right until you see a L turn...
in the corner of this turn, on the left, there should be a little gap between the buildings.
Go in this gap, it should turn left, continue and you should find an opening that leads to a red room.
at the end of this red room there is a door and... well... press E on this door to get teleported to a tiny room with a lot of drawings on the walls.
You found the secret room!

To get there,
1.) Go to the far corner on the map, where the storage/industrial units and buildings are. AKA The buildings closest to the original left BigCity tower.
2.) Find the building that is plain grey, and is rectangular in shape. It should have 3 rooftops.
3.) Find the door on this building that is closest to the left tower. (It's a street-level door)
4.) Press E on the door
5.) Congratulations, you're in the secret room.

making noclip teleports you out

I think he means this:
When you spawn, go to the very far top left, where the beginning of the long sewage drain is.
There are two bridges, with a third bridge down a ways. Go across the second bridge.
Keep going until you reach a T junction, and you are in front of a large tower.
Turn Left, and go into the first door you see on the building to your left.
You reach a tiny room in the building you were next too.
I think this is what they were talking about, but I could be wrong.
