Nothing's in the console and i have about 50 mods installed.
Also, the same bug I was having last version of this is happening, where shooting and killing an enemy (usually in one shot, headshots,explosives,etc) the containers drop just as if the player did a glory kill. This also happens with friendly NPCs with a lot of health like Father Grigori, where shooting them drops containers before killing them.
This bug happens with M9K weapons primarily, but it seems to work on other weapon mods. I do have quite a few mods on as well, but my coding hunch says that this could be solved by checking if the player went up and pressed E on the NPC to finish them off, to then drop the container.

2. Health vials and armor drops can drop if you instant kill enemy. About Father Grigori: Main problem is he reduces damage for yourself, but not change damage info (like you did 200 damage to him, but he gets only around 10-20 damage and doesn`t change damage. And mod think you kill him and spawns health vial)
I hope that I explained normally, I have a really big problem explaining things(
Sorry if it seems like I am backseat coding here, haven't worked in Garrys Mod Lua so I don't know what can or cant be done, but:
1. Couldn't you just make the animation only a first person viewmodel animation as opposed to an animation in the world?
2. Perhaps instead of these dropping when you instant-kill an enemy, do it if specifically a glory kill was done, gone up and pressing E. Could even have a tickbox in the config for it.

Just holding or pressing or spamming E, enemy or not, causes this lack of glory kills.
I have easily over 200 mods, even if I cleaned up before downloading this. Only conflict is vFire but I disabled it and the problem persists.
