Exodus start makes my species have 0% habitability on the chosen worlds, despite them having the proper habitability type.

Agglomerating Nanites does not modify the build cost of colony ships.

patron moon does nothing except add the moon to my planet. no buffs, no "grow moon" decision, just a normal moon with a 2 engineering deposit

Hi Quin ! check ur planetary modifiers! :D
As for the decision, bare in mind that the planet u colonize needs to have a moon to turn it into a patron :D

thats ok, its a stellaris thing, as soon as u colonize its all good

I have the same Problem as Quin i checked my planetary modifiers there is nothing. Patreon moon does not do anything. I tried to disabel planetary diversity but it did not change a thing. Any ideas or things i could show you to help finding the problem ?

Hey so I was really excited to try the stargate start, it's a really great idea, but, sadly, it seems to bug out, and any empires linked by stargate have a +<large number> diplomacy bonus from distance. Best guess, a little bug somewhere causes that value to overflow, but I'm not quite sure why. I am also using 150 mods, which almost definitely has something to do with it, but I've only observed this with empires that have a stargate, for what it's worth.

First origin I tried from this mod and having this same thing, does nothing. Currently the game is at 2372 and no events, interactions, modifiers or anything from the origin so far has happened.

Concerning the Patron Moon origin, I start with the Patron. However after taking a world via invasion in a total war CB there is Decision to Grow a Patron Moon. The world does have a moon. I made sure of that.

Did try the Exodus origin, but every time i start a game i start with 2-3 systems with 3 colony ships each for some reason, been trying to see if i could fix it by changing the galaxy settings, but i have been unable to make it work.

No other mods at all, did try the mod with both the beta and current version, although it did still happen.

i just tested it out and it is working fine and as intended. the origin gives u 3 colony ships in 3 different systems with their escorts: a science ship, a construction ship and 3 corvettes
