Health Bars Lagging Behind
I am having issues with the bars not following the npcs/laging behind.

It almost looks like the bar is bound to the 3 blocks below an NPC and jumps to the next 3 blocks to the npc if the npc moved to the next block.

Not only that, the bars follow the camera a bit and then jump back and follow the camera again. Its like the camera has a grid of itself the bars have to follow too.

IDK if this how you implemented it or my other mods messing with them.

I see new textures and two healthbars under my character.
[Just saw the second is actually an energy bar - really nice quality of life addition]

The stuttering SEEMS to be a bit smoother.

Sometimes a black bar appears above my character, it disappears after some time or if i scroll to change the active/hold item.
[Edit:] The black bar is From Fraking universe. They added it in today apperently, and it seems like its conflicting with your mod.

The mod is nice as it is.
