Mobile Home
I found a mobile home in the game and it looks great, but it doesn't make much sense other than roominess. This car is slow, big and not so good to travel. And I also get the pain debuff after sleeping. But this is a mobile home and there is a comfortable bed that should give you a comfortable sleep.
Can you add this change to your mod so that sleeping in your mobile home is without negative effects, like in a normal comfortable bed?

Would be great to have it contain an actual mattress, fridge, oven, radio, tv, like the Autotsar from the trailer mod.

This, 100%. Maybe moddable from stock (average or bad Quality) to luxury (good or excellent)

Found a bounder finally. It has a stove, fridge and mattress. Looks awesome also.
[BUG] Once broken, the front left, right and middle windows cannot be replaced because they somehow require doors that aren't there.

Yeah, I found a Frankln Trip and can not replace the middle window also, because a door is missing that isn't there.
