I tried the bug myself and i did a little derp in the code, it's fixed now.

The only problem I have its that when ever I use the beam, my framerate drops a bit and makes it hard to aim. I even use the slow motion addon and it still frame drops.

@Kars, amount of addons? I know the lightbeam has a framerate drop in HL2EP2.

What if that healing would only be half of strong when you have armor since the armor is preventing alot of damage

i have a bug, when you spawn a camera, and try use the spells, this error message appear. And you won't use the spell untill you stop seeing from the camera

ERROR MESSAGE:

and console will be spammed with this:
Cannot update control point 0 for effect 'vortigaunt_charge_token'.

@nemesis, that is a render bug. Since cameras uses different render codes to make your camera go out of first person. I use the default render methods to render particles and etc.
