Ah sorry, I was too blind to see the intercom button somehow...
The original version has a light on the top entrance that wasn't present on 2.0, brightly showing the GitM sign and the white intercom from afar instead of blending in with the darkness.
I think I'll remake the entire intercom though to make it more apparent at any rate. This thread still makes me wonder how many players that are going through TNM today have never actually seen a front door intercom in real life. TNM has been around so long its funny to think about that being a possibility.
The PDX one uses the gray button, which blends in with the background since its friggin' gray, and uses flat metal textures. It hides itself very well...
The new one has the metal grill, and a yellow button.
