Tube sizes don't go higher than 96?
I am building a tram, and I have a couple of size 144 half-discs. I need a size 144 half-tube to go with them, but I can't seem to find any. Why is this?

Use holos. That's what I do. (Expression 2 holograms from Wiremod.)

Well, I am using them for the turret on a Tiger I, I use the thin 120 rings, but I have to stack about 12 of them to form the back end of the turret, it would be nice to have one prop in lieu of twelve. Holos will not achieve what I need done.
