Mabye add Fatigue making you slower and giving more kick to weapons if the kick thing is possible

Fatigue's a great idea. The acid reflux thing was an idea I had originally but removed; I might bring it back later.

Cure with Medkits and adrenaline, temporary cure with pills, rarely causes you to throw up(small area of effect. Acts like boomer bile), special infected orange vision, spawn a special infected on death.

how a bout, wen you die, and are not defibulated within a set amout of time, you turn into a speshel like in vursis, and only wen you are killed by a surviver, can you be rescud or respan.
Mabye some sort of infection, if you get hit [ X ] Amount of times you're infected, when you die you turn into a Hunter, it can only be cured by pain pills which only postpone the infection for again [ X ] amount of time and med kits which cure your current infection. You can mabye add some bleeding or bone breaking, bone breaking would make you slower (caused by falling or tanks?).

Ive seen a mod where something like this happens, it would be cool to have a version where you could and couldn't control it.

You start to become a common infected.Like a bleed effect starts then if it kills you a infected spawns in your place.

I was talking with my bro and I was thinking. What if you have randomized or choiceable or a combination of it though vote? Where you can be a Carrier. Immune or infectable? And depending on you're 'class' you're sympthoms change? Such as a Carrier can infect a Infectable or how an Infectable can become infected upon death and maybe in a certain amount of time too? And Carriers still get sympthoms but don't turn. And Immunes would be fine but only ONE person can be that class. If theres even one in the group ::D.
