Workers not working
The people DO NOT automatically work, you must assign them to EACH task, and then over and over assign them to each task. SUKS!!

Have you tried setting up workzones? They are used to assign people to jobs on a regular basis.
Usually limits help too.
Could you provide detailed examples, screenshots, videos, savegames?
