So, i foound something strange.
I was just playing around when i spawned a citizen in the sewers, i wandered off and made a scene in one of the apartments in the map. Then i suddenly see a pop-up of the deah icon and the word citizen near it! What could've it been?

As someone who makes Infiltration videos on this map I really don't wanna get a bad feeling since setting up the scene stuff is gonna make me feel like I'm being watched.

There's a train that moves around the map. It was likely the train hitting them
