So Phase 1 is just the first half of the game and 2nd phase is 2nd half correct?
Am I correct that Phase 1 is just the first part of the game (and Phase 2 and/or other phases will just be more levels ?) like If I play now I won't be missing content for phase 1 ?

Exactly. But future phases will not just only contain new levels. As the description says, also new mechanics and new weapons will be introduced.
