How to activate mod IN-GAME
After enabling mod in Main Menu, Content Manager, Mods, and then finding it and highlighting it (unless using the mod Auto - Enable Mod, where it does it for you):

Go to pause menu after starting game (NEW or LOAD). Go to Options. Find the TM:PE mod in side panel to the left of the screen. Be sure to turn "AI Simulation" to VERY HIGH for MAX Mod usage in the GENERAL's Tab. Turn both "AI Settings" on and whatever strength if you want these to function in the GAMEPLAY's Tab. Set "Vehicle restrictions aggression" to STRICT if you want the vehicle ban rule to respond correctly from the POLICIES Tab. There are other things you can mess with as well to get massive usage from the mod, but it's all optional after the highlighted ones.

I've subscribed to the mod but when I go to Main Menu, Content Manager, Mods it's not there. I only see it under main menu, content manager, steam workshop under currently subscribed, How would I proceed?

same here - removed all mods, reinstalled the game - I still see no TM:PE in MODS menu... v1.16.0-f3.
