Pressing M Does Nothing
I downloaded Move It as well as the other files needed and when I press M, nothing happens and there is no button next to the bulldoze. Does a city have to be built up somewhat before it works?

Did you ever resolve this issue?
This has happened to me when i loaded the game this week. Had been using move it for years prior, and suddenly its gone (though still enabled)
