Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

Go into mod settings for Deep Storage and reset the storage options (at the bottom) to defaults. Or change them them to something new (add and remove an item from each one you changed?) - that might work. It's trying to add custom storage settings ...for items that don't exist anymore...
