These blocks resemble buildings, they're found throughout the whole collection of excess maps.

anyone that has used the rt screen model realizes that it doesnt update when the camera is far from the viewer, or it wont show props. The blocks are supposted to be attached to any rt monitor model so that the screen is always updated and displaying the things it should.
