No, sorry. I haven't played in a while but from my testing IIRC this seems to be due to a strange interaction with Hospitality and Real Ruins. Uninstalling one or the other will make it not happen anymore.
Please confirm if you have Hospitality installed as well.

Yes, I have both of these mods installed. Have you found a pattern in how long it takes for this to happen and what might trigger it? For example, I also get a message saying that the mechanoids are leaving from the ancient danger. And after many days of playing, I also received a message saying that the ancients from the ancient danger are also leaving :D
