Is this clientside
i am asking this because i want to know if i can see this effect when i play on other servers other than mine if i have it enabled, i see other blood and blood decal addons do think and i like it very much so i dont just use this cool addon in singleplayer but also actually use it in multiplayer servers

This is definently clientsided its just changing the particle unless you're on a server that changes the it you should be fine
everything from decals to sound files and particles are clientsided
