Which ones and are you sure other people have it as well?
If it's only you then it isn't a bug on the map's side.
Please provide us with screenshots as well.

i have a bug i sometimes spawn in the train i have all half life games but it sometimes just show missing textures. if you can reply it be a big help to find out what happend to that

Are you talking about the pod in the nexus or one out of all the ones hanging on the wall in the citadel part?

The one that is rideable needs a button to be pressed in order for it to work so you'll need another person.

There is one in the nexus, that can be sent to Breen's office or to a furnace. I know there was a button that made the pod open, but I was unable to get in. I sent it to Breen's office and was somehow to able to get in, I'm not sure what I did either. Also, what does the button on the pedastool in Breen's office do?

I should mention that I only noticed this in singleplayer. Later, I went and played a multiplayer server with this map, and I didn't notice it.

Yeah that's what confused me in the first place about the bug, I'll just remove the door and place a new one see if that fixes it.

Could you make a screenshot of it and give us some more (detailed) information please?
Was it in multiplayer, If yes then what server, was it in singleplayer if yes does it happen with all addons off etc etc
