Secrets
This is the secrets I currently found:

(Under spoiler if you prefer keep searching, can be updated)

-In the sewer, you can find a suicide note from Squidward under a paint bucket.

-There's a hidden key (either behind Krusty Krab or in a cave near to Jellyfish field), go in Mr Krabs office and bring the key to the portrait to reveal the Krabby Patty secret formula. If you bring the secret formula to Chum Bucket, Sheldon will appears (you can still hit him to hear him suffer).

-There's 4 hidden pages (one behind a sign in Jellyfish field, one in sewer, one close to the crate between Spongebob & Squidward houses and one close to a seaweed around Chum Bucket). Once you collect them all, the magic pencil will appears under the Krusty Krab. You can take it, but beware to don't touch the eraser !

Currently, I still didn't meet Doodlebob and the Seabear.

Thanks, mate!

Doodlebob and the Seabear are part of traitor traps. For Doodlebob, you need to go in the sewer near the Krusty Krab. The traitor trap is Doodlebob "erasing" you". And the Seabear spawns at Spongebobs house if you activate the respective trap
