How do I gain the ability to craft prosthetics and implants?
Arms, legs, and eyes are one thing. But I want to be able to craft heart, lungs, advanced arms/legs membrane, brain melder etc. to hell with balance, I want my pawns to be over powered. Why can't I craft the other things?

welp I just found the files I need to edit in the folders, guess I'll just have to edit them myself. -.- man this is going to take forever.

I had that. but it still didn't let me craft anything other than the legs and arms

im sorry I gave you the wrong link. that is the mod that makes is so you cannot craft the prosthetics, you would have to find or buy them. this would be the correct link:
