Switching Track
Does anyone know how to switch the track in the first part so you can get to the electrified water pool where you pull the wire out of the water?

I've been running around for half an out now, and I can't find anything where I haven't already been.

Use the switch next to a door after you connect the plug. Then go straight the dead end corridor along the wall with locked door to control room. Go up and you will find a door leading down to this room. Flip the switch. The gate will open.
