Where exactly are the trade end nodes and how many are there? Before the most recent update, there were 3 I knew of; Dameshead, Amhildr and the Bay of Mirrors, however the bay of mirrors node no longer exists.

I like that the dwarves have their own end node, however do the elves have one in the new world? Or does the new area of the map have one?
