Disguise Help
When i grab an npc and right click it it and type on console proto_disguise It dosent work

you need to bind the key and then you consume him it works with certin npcs like prision combine

bind (Insert Key Here) proto_disguise
Also, you need to be holding a normal weapon and not have proto_armor on. Other wise, it won't work.
