You have to pay the creator of VCMod in order to use the script to it.

To make the lights turn on without VCmod, you would need to use the lights in tools and weld it, pretty simple, its just instead of someone else doing it, it's you doing it.

If you don't undestand, VCmod is made for Servers basically and it has much more than lights, it has damage, tools and similiar stuff.
