Subscribed but doesn't show up in the launcher
I'm subscribed to this mod as well as a number of other, but the only one that does not show up in the AML is the communityhighlander. I have no idea what might be wrong here - I have tried refreshing the mod list, I have tried unsubbing and subbing again, restarting the launcher, nothing. And this annoys me since I have mods with this mod as a dependant. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd be very grateful.

It also happened to me. However I somehow got it to work. All I did was add a mod route in the AML settings directly at the mod folder. Then all the mods I was missing appeared after restarting AML. Hope this works for anyone else.

I have the same problem. Trying to get the new Mod Collection from Christopher Odd. Only 170 of 220 files download. This is one that I cannot get and a lot depend on it.

Having this problem now.

Pitching in, same issue here. The alien hunters plugin shows up, but not the WotC Community Highlander.
EDIT: Doing a manual install from the github release resolved the problem for AML, but it's still annoying to have to do.

Could you explain a little better as to what you did to fix it?

That shouldn't work for Workshop subscriptions. I had to add a filepath to utilize mods not hosted on the workshop, but the AML should already path to the workshop files.

For those who don't know, opening the AML and going to Options>Settings brings up a new window, with the first two entries being "Base Path" and "Mod Directories". Base Path should take you to the game's executable, and "Mod Directories" are filepaths that take you to where your mods are.

For AML, there should already be a path to ...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\ - where all the workshop mods get installed. The numbered files inside that directory correspond with items on the workshop. You can cross-reference the file names with the "Inspect" tab underneath the mods in AML (Mod Properties > BrowserLink). The file for this mod (1134256495) is missing for some reason, even though I'm subscribed to it on the workshop.

This might have something to do with manually deleting the file through AML? I don't know. I was trying to fix a duplicate warning. This seems like a bug related to incorrectly deleting workshop items than anything to do with the mod itself. At least, that's my layman's guess.

If you haven't already tried it, validate your local game files. This fixed my problem, and the mod shows up both in AML, and where it's supposed to on my C:\ drive.

If anyone is still having this problem i fixed it for me today by right clicking on Xcom2 in your steam library and click, properties. Click the Steam Workshop tab on the left, find the Highlander in that list and click the trash can icon. Now redownload the mod. I hope it worked for you. Good luck
