Problem
everthying is find but when i change into a npc my character has its arms out and walks like the old man and when i get into a vichle my character just stand on the seat is this a bug?

T-shape appears when your custom ragdoll hasn't animation. It's normally.

Is there a mod you know of to switch out the bones of a ragdoll instead of the model?

type nav_generate into the console. Then restart the map.
