Is there a way to fix it with over a 500 addons installed
Theres gotta be a way to fix it with like 500 addons installed.

a high number of addons will not break this mod. A single mod that blocks properties might though. You will need to be more specific what exactly you need fixed.

Does Npc tools 1/2 break making friendly npcs with yourself break
