Could be a broken animation mod. Disable all your addons except for this and see if they do anything wrong. Don't forget to restart your game after disabling.

yeah if you have some of those mods like the hlaf life 3 snpcs mod it will ♥♥♥♥ the original halflife 2 npc animations

they flying a bit, not touch the ground, so if you can correct that, it's perfect, or if you know how I can fix that (addon, fix pack...)
