Can someone please tell me how to make a Core
It seems to be possible to make it have custom voicelines and texture. I know you can make a texture and apply it with the material tool, but I imagine that would get quite tedious after long enough

Whatever you do, it will require some knowledge of Source Modding. Here's a TUTORIAL VIDEO that will show how to make a custom Core.

And an base template Example Core can be found HERE [github.com] on the creator's GitHub.
