You can download it using Gmadextractor and extract the files in the addon folder.

That's not the best way for that but you can try.

is there any way to download and install this manually? I subscribe and open GMOD and as its trying to download my gmod crashes, I can only assume its because of the file size and my ♥♥♥♥ computer.

It will be difficult to make less quality...
These are one of the best songs ever created. Making a less quality is destroying the songs.
