TOOL DEV STATUS: BUG FIXES ONLY

From 04/12/2021 onwards I'll only be providing fixes for this tool, so I can focus on other projects.

Thank you all for your support and dedication so far.

This tool creates Cel Shading like effects in GMod 13 and it's a good alternative to the unsupported Edge Glow Tool.

You can also open the menu by typing "cel_menu" in the console or "!cst" in the chat.

This tool was ported from GMod 10 to 13, updated and kept under the same name so players could still find it.

I honestly don't care if people don't like my decision, but now I'm making it clear.

• 3 modes: Sobel Post Processing, Garry's Mod 12 Halos, Garry's Mod 13 Halos;
  
• Cel shade yourself;
  
• Customize: sizes, shaking, colors, admin checkboxes;
  
• Supports entities, duplicator, undo support, copy/clear support;
  
• Ready for multiplayer.
