[MWI]Telion - Anti-Fighter Turret(Gen2)

This Anti-Fighter turret is part of the second generation Telion Defense System from Mexpex Warfare Industries.
This turret is designed to engage small grid ships. It shots bursts of 8 rounds at the time. These rounds are designed to deliver a heavy impact on hit, both damaging and making it harder to control the ship that gets hit.

ISSUES

Apperently the sound only spawns at world center(in empty world atleast),,, will try to work it out somehow if possible, could be a hardcoded issue becuase other modded turrets got the same issue.
