TUMTaRA Collection

Beskrivelse

This map pack is made to test your work-in-progress mods without having to load a campaign and use console commands to stop the director from throwing infected your way.
You can simply spawn and pick up any weapon, item, upgrade and carryable object.

You must load these maps via console right after game start to use them properly!
Cheats will be forced off when launching addon maps after playing any other map.
I can't do anything about it because that's a bug in the game itself, not my maps.

This download only contains the main TUMTaRA maps.
Get all other maps here

If you load the main TUMTaRA maps and the Playground you can open the console and look for a big blue block of text. That block of text contains useful console commands that you can use to test mods.

All weapons
Vomit overlay tester
Error.mdl
Concert props
SI, CI & UCI Spawner
Buttons to add weapon upgrades, enable godmonde, switch characters, clean map, heal and hurt yourself.
A bunch of commonly modified props
Surivor model Animation cycler

Disclaimer:
TUMTaRA comes with the "versus.nuc" and "coop.nuc" vscript files required to load some functions that must be run pre-map spawn.
You might get conflict errors, not that it would mean anything.
If you want to get rid of those, unpack TUMTaRA and take the scripts out. I would not recommend doing this.

the problem is more global and obviously not related to this map. since yesterday, half of the workshop addons have stopped loading, giving a UGC error

I'm assuming that it has something to do with the whole cloudflare situation, the map isn't appearing for me on the console anymore despite me having subscribed to the addon and typing it in manually doesn't work either so i guess we'll have to wait it out.

well, today cloudflare was messy as hell.
I don't know if steam uses it. but it it does, that would explain it

Sorry I would like to re-phrase, this isn't an issue with your mod. It is indeed a Steam Connection Issue. This specific addon will not download for anyone as of today, the VPK won't even appear in the addons folder. I have found a temporary workaround by downloading your VPK through SteamWorkshopDownloader and the files are complete.

There is nothing i can do.
All i can do is upload an addon, all you can do is wait for it to download.
If it isn't downloading, or takes too long, that's a steam issue. not a mod issue. :/

@MrFunreal - I think there is a bigger issue involved. I have just tested. All maps are installed but "Map Tumtara" no longer exists as of today. Even using the menu buttons loading the Tumtara map loads you into the vehicle testing map. Also alot of missing textures. I think this main files one is the cause. I love your map and use it regularly to create collections. Hope this gets resolved :)

you'll need to wait a little for the game to download it.
For some reason l4d2 is really sluggish when downloading content. Maybe even reboot the game after the download. Because valve coding.

So I subscribed this mod and it said I have subscribed it. But it does not appear in add-ons, when I ran "map tumtara" it said:
CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: No such map 'maps/tumtara.bsp'
map load failed: tumtara not found or invalid
Eventhough I immediately open the console and try load the map after lauching the game. Any suggestion to fix this?
