Scrap Mechanic – Global Winter

This texture pack turns the entire world of Scrap Mechanic into a global winter.
Warm and sunny locations will now become cold snowy fields with continuous snowfall above them.

Multiplayer works with the pack even if only you have the pack installed

The texture pack changes:

Ground textures
All in-game vegetation
Skybox
Destruction effects
Some shapes
Adds falling snow to all in-game tiles, including Survival tiles
(the snow effect is taken from the Scrap Mechanic Effects mod)

Contents of Global Winter

This collection includes 5 separate texture packs:

Scrap Mechanic Winter 3.0 (Snow Effect) – base version with falling snow
Scrap Mechanic Winter 2.0 (No Snow Effect) – base version without falling snow (for weak PCs)
Scrap Mechanic Winter [Darker Snow] 3.0 (Snow Effect) – version with darker snow and snowfall effect
Scrap Mechanic Winter [Darker Snow] 2.0 (No Snow Effect) – version with darker snow and no snowfall effect (for weak PCs)
Texture Pack Deleter – archive for removing the texture pack

How to install

Go to:
...\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\387990\3607642394
Choose the archive with the desired version of the texture pack
Copy all folders from the archive to:
...\Steam\SteamApps\common\Scrap Mechanic
and click “Replace all files”
After this you need to update the cache, the fastest and most convenient way is to enable developer mode when you first start it, to do this you need to enter the line -dev in the Scrap Mechanic launch parameters
To remove the texture pack — repeat the same steps, but use Texture Pack Deleter.zip
