This balance adjustment MOD is designed to meet those needs.

For example...

- The machine gun's firing pattern has been significantly changed. Especially when firing from cover, it unleashes a rapid and precise hail of bullets.

- The stealth bonus for the “Poncho” equipment used by the CIA has been significantly increased. The equipment slot has also been changed from large gadget slot to small slot, making it easier to use.

- Added new equipment “Gas Grenade” to Nowheraki SWAT. A non-lethal special grenade that releases tear gas to suppress an area.

Q. What does this MOD works?
A. This mod adjusts the performance of weapons, gadgets, armor, and classes to be more distinctive while maintaining a balanced power level. It also adds several new pieces of equipment.
Door Kickers 2 is a great game, but when pursuing performance, the equipment and playstyles you can choose tend to be limited.
The purpose of this mod is to broaden the scope of tactics and gameplay by balancing equipment and classes.

Q. Does this mod significantly change the game's difficulty?
A. No, this MOD does not significantly change the overall difficulty. The purpose of this MOD is to increase the range of choices available, and it is balanced with the policy of not drastically changing the difficulty itself.
 However, as a principle of adjustment, we balance things by strengthening underpowered gear and classes to match others at the same level. Therefore, if you've been using what you considered ‘weak’ gear or classes, you might find the game feels easier. Additionally, we've slightly reduced the power of certain elements that were overly strong and narrowing your choices.


Q. How exactly will it be adjusted?
A. The general trends are as follows, but with over 100 changes spanning a wide range, it's impossible to list all details here. For specific changes, please refer to the "changelist_EN.html" or "changelist_EN.txt" file included in the MOD folder.

Rangers: Strengthened weapons and gadgets that previously lacked power. Emphasized the unique characteristics of each weapon type.

CIA: Enhanced firepower through additions like burst fire. Strengthened and added gadgets supporting stealth operations.

NWS: Enhanced the base abilities of units. Added new equipment designed for rough combat scenarios like explosions and close-quarters combat.

Q. Is it compatible with other MODs?
A. This MOD will overwrite some of the contents included in the following files.

Therefore, other MODs that overwrite these files are highly likely to conflict.
Most simple mods that add equipment or maps will not conflict with this mod, but mods that significantly change the game's specifications are more likely to cause conflicts.


Q. What languages are supported?
A. English and Japanese are supported. If you play in other languages, performance changes will be reflected, but added text will be displayed in English.


Q. How do I uninstall?
A. You can uninstall using the same procedure as other MODs. All changes will be reverted, and any added equipment or unit slots will be removed.

This latest update primarily includes the following.
- Added ways for each team to counter enemies in cover.
- Improved overall suppression capabilities for NWS and added benefits for suppression.
- Strengthened and adjusted M16 and M4 rifles used by the Rangers and CIA.
- Other minor adjustments and bug fixes.

< Rangers >
- Added a passive ability to Grenadier to increase explosive planting speed
- "Obscured Targets" doctrine now applies slightly differently to weapons other than rifles and marksman rifles, and has been slightly tweaked to its effect on marksman rifles.
- "Explosive Breaching" doctrine bonus has been increased.
- M16 and M4 rifle ammunition characteristics have been adjusted.
- MK18 damage increased and adjusted for close range.
- M4URG-I adjusted for medium range.

< CIA >
- Added a passive ability to target enemies in cover, similar to the "Obscured Targets" doctrine. It's less effective normally, but more effective when using cover.
- M16 and M4 rifle ammunition characteristics have been adjusted.
- MK18 damage increased and adjusted for close range.
- M4URG-I adjusted for medium range.

< NWS >
- Added a passive ability to target enemies in cover, similar to the "Obscured Targets" doctrine. It has a larger effect, but only applies to suppressed enemies.
- "Mass Fires" doctrine Critical Hit bonus has been increased.
-Increased suppression power for all weapons by category, and also increased the suppression power of some slower rate-of-fire weapons individually.

< Bug Fixes >
- Fixed issues where M249(CIA) and SVU were unable to fire while in cover at certain distances.

@YCKM-GoZaBulgamzung "Changelog" section lists only the changes in the latest update. All changes made by the mod are written in files included with the mod folder, as there is not enough space in the Workshop.

@cs366jp Yes i am but I found a work around for now, just put this mod above the in-game-camo selector in the load order by loading this mod first, I think as long as you have no other mods that effect gameplay and stats the gameplay changes should still apply. Thanks again!

@Bonoko3 Are you referring to AnthonyDNB's "In-Game Camouflage Selector"? If so, there is a conflict between the camo mod's "IGCS_humans.xml" and my mod's "humans_goodguys_override.xml" (these files specify the performance and appearance of the units). Open both files in a text editor etc and search for "RenderObject3D". These lines should be different for each mods, and adjusting these may fix the clipping. Or, maybe deleting "humans_goodguys_override.xml" from my mod will fix the clipping. Of course, some elements of my mod will no longer function in that case. In any case, don't forget to back up your files.

Like the gameplay changes, especially with lmg suppression but is there a way I can remove the overridden models? Playing the camo selector and I've noticed that the original skin clips with the camos from the mod and I'm pretty sure its tied in with this mod as when I disable it I no longer see the camo and original skin clipping.
