The QUARTZ-B class miner is a short-range hydrogen mining ship. Cheap and easy to use, this compact industrial vessel was designed to be transported by a larger ship.

Equipped with two large grid drills and an ore detector, it allows for resupplying resources during long space expeditions.

This version is equipped with a stone ejection system that can be disabled from the cockpit and a survival kit that allows for processing stone into useful resources or simply surviving if something goes wrong.

Two small hydrogen tanks and a set of hydrogen thrusters enable relatively short mining sessions. The ship can fly in planetary atmospheres, but it lacks sufficient power to fly over planetary surfaces fully loaded.

The cockpit is not connected to the conveyor system, and there is no O2 generator or O2 tank on board, so it is advisable to carry oxygen tanks. This ship have no ejection system.
