[ArcCW] Cry of Fear Weapons | Fixed

So... This is it, the ultimate fix of em' all!

This addon, compared to the other versions, fixes the extremely loud shooting noises the weapons had when firing, and since ArcCW devs somehow removed the ArcCW weapons Audio settings... I had to lower the source files instead.
It also fixes some other stuff there is not on the other addon, see the list below for details:



- Lowered ALL weapon sounds, they were so loud that I got a lot of complaints on my map about it, and it was true, but not anymore. They at least got a 30-50% volume reduction.

- Faster ADS for some weapons; It was kind of annoying to wait for at least 2 seconds when releasing right click in order to shoot.

- Fixed some see-trough animations; There were some weapons that when you shoot, the camera went inside the weapon's mesh, this has been fixed as this addon.
