Vanilla Cooking Expanded – Decorative Baking Module introduces the world of creative baking to RimWorld, expanding your colony’s culinary artistry beyond savory meals and into the realm of sweet, hand-crafted confections.

At the heart of this module lies the new Bakery Oven, where colonists can bake cookies, cupcakes, and donuts—each confection a small masterpiece of color and craftsmanship. These aren’t just sweets, however. Each confection carries a unique emotional touch: eating them helps colonists let go of their worst negative memories, soothing their minds through the simple joy of decorated treats.

Simple, Fine, Lavish, and Gourmet Confections differ not just in flavor, but in how impactful the removed memories are.

The mod is fully configurable through mod options, allowing players to tailor the mechanics to their needs and preference.

Mod mechanics:

Please use our Google form to submit bug reports.
[forms.gle]

Q: How many confections does 1 cake batter make?
A: 4 confections, except in the cake of gourmet, which outputs only 1

Q: Does this work with VE Memes Sweet Teeth meme?
A: Not for now. I'd like to rework the way that meme is done, as it is very, very inflexible regarding what it accepts.

Q: Is this mod save game compatible?
A: Yes.

Q: So that means I can remove it from my running save! Yay!
A: I hate you.

Q: CE compatible?
A: Cupcakes are known to obliterate ablative armor.

Q: This just bloat!
A: Too many cupcakes,
Oven cries, “no more, I beg!”
Mod size: sixty megs.

I can't help you then. We need all bug reports centralized

I can't do it. This website doesn't seem to be open in my country. I can only send the full error report here.

Then I need a full bug report in those conditions, and posted in our bug tracker, which is linked above

Yes, this error will still occur when I only have this mod and the necessary prefix.
Sarg Bjornson  [skapare] 5 nov @ 2:51
Do you get that error with just this mod on its own?
老韩腿 5 nov @ 2:37
I encountered a bug. I think it's the problem of this mod itself, because I found that my machine didn't work, and I just threw away all the potatoes, or deleted the work list of the oven, which can be solved without throwing away the potatoes. This is an error report. It is even a yellow warning entry, not a red warning entry, which made me very confused when troubleshooting, and it took me a long time to figure out what was going on.:appleAngela:

Hi Sarg, sorry to bother you - This actually isn't just Robots behaving this way, I'm having the same issue as LINX is, but it's with regular pawns, not just robots. I hate to say it, but this one really might actually be this mod having a technical issue rather than it being another mod interacting weirdly with it.

TryMakePreToilReservations() returned false for a non-queued job right after StartJob(). This should have been checked before. pawn = Noah, curJob = PS_BringToProcessor (Job_10354813) A = Thing_VCE_BakeryOven_Electric4576426 Giver = JobGiver_Work [workGiverDef: PS_BringToProcessor]
