Lancer Definitive Edition

Lancer Definitive Edition is here! Remade from a previous version released in 2021, everyone's favorite Deltarune character now has an entirely new set of sprites, new attacks, and plenty of quality of life changes to make playing him feel as smooth as ever.
This version of Lancer could be described as a rushdown, as he still retains the speed the older version had. Be aware of the new tools he has to keep up pressure!



By dealing damage and landing strings of attacks, Lancer's bike fuel will fill by itself. Having to run away and charge it really slowed Lancer's pacing, so there's no need to anymore! Make use of Lancer's reworked Nspecial and new Dspecial to extend combos and set up confirms! With enough fuel from strings, let Fspecial or Uspecial rip to take stocks early!

Notable tips/tricks with attacks:
- Nspecial: Spade Chain, can be angled before thrown. Lancer can grab onto enemies and solid objects and pull himself closer! When connecting with the floor, Lancer will bounce off of it and keep his momentum. You can hold Down or Shield to slide on the floor instead.
- Fspecial: Bike Attack, can be charged by holding special. On-Hit, by holding forward, Lancer will fly off of his bike and follow the opponent he just hit.
- Uspecial: Cool Bike Trick, can use 1 bar of fuel to fly higher. Hold Special during startup to do this.
- Dattack: Bike Crash, can be jump cancelled on hit, similar to how Lancer's old Dtilt behaved.
- Strong Attacks all have a unique effect when held, just like Lancer's previous version.
