Like the texture mod, this is hit and miss. Certain night campaigns are nice, No Mercy and Dead Air particularly are quite gorgeous, but in certain daytime maps it looks really quite awful, and there are certain points where it's too dark in a way that negatively impacts both gameplay and aesthetics, because you can't see ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. All in all a 4/10.

I like another mod just like this one, but I want the night color to stay exactly as it is, and the daytime color not to be modified at all.

The night lighting looks amazing, but forcing the daytime to look dark makes it look terrible.

I don't think you're ready for a manual installation, just stick to something as simple like the collection instead, sort conflicting addons. The google drive version is compressed to 2GB, it's 5GB uncompressed. I don't know where you got the 7GB number. The steam collection is 4GB.
