REUPLOADED: DOOM HUD - Panels and Others

_Ilshat52_ has addressed on his profile that he has archived all the addons added in the workshop, and thus wishes not to see them on his workshop, however allowed to publish them as his permission was given, where he's devoting more time on his life. I'm doing some work to restore this mod at potential peak.

It replaces the default HUD with the stylish DOOM themed HUD. Perfectly paired with both L4D1 and L4D2 Doom Animated Icons.
