to be honest i dunno how to do that but I found an easy way to do this I just go to an eiditng software and turn the image black and white I can make it more black and white and it worked :D

Idk making icons is pretty easy, compared to modelling. Just find the right files, turn the pic you want into a vtf and then replace the default with it

ok i've updated the mod to include an icon for teammates. you can see it in the screenshots

As you already know, mods do not work in versus but I play on a personalized versus server where they do allow mods and when I played only myself in my life bar I see the mod but not in the life bar of my teammates equipment

Turns out there are separate icons like that for teammates. I'll update these mods to also include those at some point. It's just that I don't really play Versus, so I didn't know
