Every Function Criterion for Vscript Talkers

A script that adds every in-game criterion that you would need a function to create converted into a function for Vscript talkers. That being criterion that look like "!=1" or "!=Gambler" for example or anything that has greater than or less than.

To use this this add this to the top of your script:
IncludeScript("chch_everycriteria", this)

The name of the function corresponds with the name of the criterion for normal talker scripts so you would add something like "IsTalkCoach" or "HasNotGrenadeLauncher" for example.
