You already have the DIN Next LT Arabic Medium.ttf install? You need the font in your computer font folder. If you already have, go to folder .../left4dead2/cfg, open autoexec.cfg and add lines into it and save. ( If you don't have an autoexec.cfg in steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\ you can create a .txt file and rename it to autoexec.cfg, then edit it with any text editor like notepad. )
Add these lines in autoexec.cfg:
alias load_fonts "mat_setvideomode 1600 900 0; mat_setvideomode 1600 900 1"
load_fonts
( where 1600 900 are your resolution in game. Change them to what you are using.)

Now, open L4D2 and check if the font loaded.

I already put the custom font and the aftermath map transition on the addon folder and they both conflict.

Try put the mod outside the workshop folder. Put in addon folder

It's not working in-game only in main menu, I make sure the lines are correct.

I was curious; does this mod only work on only 1920 by 1080 resolution?

If it doesn't work, try running the game as an administrator. Go to the executable -> properties and check the option to always run as administrator.

Now that you mentioned it, mine really does switch to windowed mode even when I change it to fullscreen... Try adding this command at startup:
-w 1600 -h 900
Replace it with the resolution you use, if it's 1920 by 1080 it will be like this:
-w 1920 -h 1080
