Beskrivning
WARNING: do not activate this mod if you started the campaign without it as faction who already has caravans or convoys! It will broke the caravan network

This mod adds the convoy system for all High Elf factions (but only major AI factions can send convoys)

Every Elven Colony increases rank for new Convoy Captains by 1
You can increase the convoy limit by 2: by some technology and by some landmark building

Compatible with SFO and Radious
Compatible with Caravans of the Old World

FAQ:
Q: Why convoys uses only gold and not influence for exchange?
A: Because influence is very old game mechanic and does not work with convoys

Q: How I suppose to fight with rogue pirates? They are too strong
A: There is the option in MCT to reduce their armies

Possible conflicts:
[GLF] Hero Expansion - convoys spawn without units

I agree, been testing the mod for a bit, out of 40 sent out caravans, I've only like like 6-8 successful ones. They keep getting intercepted by full strenght rogue armies that complete decimate them. At least you can adjust it in-game.

The initial troops of the caravan were so bad that they simply couldn't withstand more than two attacks. This made it impossible for some long-distance trade routes to reach them, and the profits from these routes were often not high

Great Mod. tested with MCT, Mixu's Unlocker, IEE and this mod at Tyrion through turn 10, AI are not spawning Caravans. I believe this is an IEE issue. Which is a shame because it supports IEE with destinations.

Side note on balance, the 10+ turn destinations never seem to have enough value to be worth sending a caravan unless you are just scouting new trade partners. Need increased rewards or shortened durations, maybe caravans going to Cathay go through sea lanes?
