[For Developers] Local Viewpunch

All of my mods are playtested on the x64 branch. Therefore install that if you experience any weird, unexplainable issues!

Adds a new global function Viewpunch(angle) clientside that imitates how viewpunch works serverside.
Why do this if it's also available on the clientside?.. As the wiki now says, running viewpunch on localplayer clientside does nothing, this mod aims to fix that or make it easier to deal with by creating a new function. It acts fully like serverside viewpunch, meaning your eyeangles are affected as well.

Functions:
- Viewpunch(angle) / ViewPunch(angle)
- SetViewPunchAngles(angle)
- SetViewPunchVelocity(angle)
