Terraria Ambience API

This is the API behind the mod named TerrariaAmbience. Use this if you wish to add underlying ambient tracks to your mod (be it birds, crickets, whatever).

- Made footsteps not play while climbing a rope

- Should-work fix to ModAmbiences not disposing properly upon mod unload, causing crashes
