Localization Manager

Kuvaus
This mod is meant to help people localize their mods.

To mod developers, to use this mod:
- Add a Steam dependency to this mod. Or - if you are already using Framework Loader - you can drop this mod into the 1FrameworkAssemblies folder, like other pluggins.
- Follow the guide provided in the mod's folder, this contains instructions on how to allow Localization Manager to see localization files of your mod and how to actually localize stuff. (Basic summary is copy StameModLocalizeInfo.xml file and LocalizeBase folder to your mod, then change pertaining information accordingly, the former points the mod to where localize files are stored, the latter is the said localize files)
- If you need your mod to localize stuff outside of what provided by default, the mod offers an - unfortunately not very well documented - API that allows the dev to attach their own localization methods to the manager. (Basic usage info is contained in the txt guide thingy beside the regular usage guide)

Additional Features:
- Fixed an issue with Project Moon artwork loading, now vanilla artworks will be correctly shown in battle;
- Fixed an issue with Project Moon keywords, now keywords applied from DiceCardSelfAbilities will be viewed correctly.
- LocalizationUtil, a utility class that adds support for localization (currently not well documented)
- Extensive logging, locate the player.log file (%appdata%\..\LocalLow\Project Moon\LibraryOfRuina\player.log) and search (pid: LoR.StartUp.LocalizationManager) in case of problem, errors are logged there (information is logged in two separate places)

UPDATES:
- LocalizationUtil has been added to facilitate custom localizations (i.e. Abnormality pages localization, which the Manager does not support natively)
- Cutscene story localization. (Although undocumented, added a comment to the base file to give rough explanation of how it works)
- Localization Manager is now powered by framework loader
