The Backrooms, based off the Found Footage short film by Kane Pixels! This is an improved Backrooms map, sticking closely to the original concept with various elements from Kane Pixels' lore. This map is a fairly large rendition of the Backrooms concept, with nothing but repeating walls, painful amounts of mono-yellow, the classic fluorescent light hum, and an inescapable sense of loneliness.

Credit to the amazing schlimbo for many of the custom models in the map; their own Backrooms map can be found here.

"If you're not careful and you noclip out of reality in the wrong areas, you'll end up in the Backrooms, where it's nothing but the stink of old moist carpet, the madness of mono-yellow, the endless background noise of fluorescent lights at maximum hum-buzz, and approximately six hundred million square miles of randomly segmented empty rooms to be trapped in. God save you if you hear something wandering around nearby, because it sure as hell has heard you."

This addon also includes a second map, called gm_backrooms_classic! Its description is as follows:

The only other Backrooms map you’ll ever need! This is essentially the counterpart of the main Backrooms map, but with all Kane Pixels/ASYNC-related things removed, and with a much larger map size. It is intended for people that prefer the original, much simpler 4chan concept of the Backrooms without all the new, complicated lore in the way.

The map uses the older, more iconic wallpaper that the main map previously had before it was changed to fit Kane’s series. It is fully AI-noded, including a navmesh. It follows the aforementioned original Backrooms concept strictly, with nothing but randomly-segmented mono-yellow walls, old moist carpet, and the obtrusive hum of fluorescent lights. Enjoy the map’s confusing, labyrinthine layout of oddly placed walls and chaotic lighting as you struggle to find your way around. Good luck…
